I wanted my childhood snacks back — the cookie dough, brownie bites, and sweet little treats I grew up loving.
But adult me wanted them made differently: less sugar, better ingredients, and none of those tiny "healthy snack" portions that leave you looking for something else ten minutes later.
Also for the record, I'm not a "halfsies" kind of person. If a snack says two servings but comes in one bag, let's be honest — it's probably getting eaten in one sitting. So if a snack is going to satisfy me, it has to feel like a real-person portion, not a tease.
For years, I kept looking for that snack and kept running into the same trade-offs: healthy but measly, healthy but boring, or 100 calories so tiny they left me hungry.
Eventually it hit me: the snack I wanted wasn't coming. I'd have to make it myself.
So I created S.O.S. with a few stubborn rules: it had to taste like the snacks that I loved, it had to actually satisfy me, it had to be made with better-for-you ingredients, and it had to feel like a treat — not a compromise.
Real portions. Yummy, doughy, chocolatey, decadent flavor. All at 100 calories.
I hope they become a bright spot in your day.
Hugs and High Fives,
