The chocolate flavor is amazing and creamy even when made with just water. I can’t believe the whole container is only 100 calories!

Run, don’t walk! I’m infatuated. How can this giant pint of delectation be so decadent and yet barely topping 99 calories?! Magic is real. The banana flavor is great, the chocolate is divine, and we absolutely need more flavors. The portioning per pouch is so generous that I might even halve the recipe next time for smaller portions because it is AMAZING freshly made!  The texture, consistency, and satisfaction deliver better than any other fiber-rich, protein-endowed frozen treat I’ve made in the Ninja Creami, so you had better believe I’m about to order more of this scoop dream secret ingredient (but I guess the secret is out! Lucky you 🤗)!

100 calories and a win for Ninja Swirl users. With water and one spin, it was scoopable and also swirled beautifully. The flavor stayed excellent even after freezing (similar to the peanut butter cookies). The texture is lighter after one spin, but gets creamier with a respin and a splash of milk—or by using milk instead of water. Overall, it’s an excellent low-calorie option for anyone who wants a satisfying portion of ice cream—and it’s so easy.

Pure Chocolate Magic in My Ninja Creami

I’m absolutely obsessed with this mix! I used it in my Ninja Creami, and the result was unbelievably rich and creamy — like a decadent brownie turned into ice cream. It’s hard to believe it’s only 100 calories per pint and packed with 36g of fiber. The texture is smooth, the flavor is deep and satisfying, and it feels indulgent without any guilt.

I love that it’s plant-based, gluten-free, and shelf-stable — just freeze, spin, and enjoy. It’s the perfect treat when I want something chocolatey and comforting but still light. I’ve tried other mixes, but this one truly tastes like real ice cream, not a “healthy” substitute.

If you have a Ninja Creami, this mix is a must-try. It’s pure chocolate joy in every spoonful!

I've also tried mixing in a blender and freezing without the Ninja. It's still fabulous if you don't have the appliance.

I love both chocolate and banana, and these Creami ice cream flavors do not disappoint! I recommend using milk (or almond / oat milk) vs. water, but overall, the flavor is delicious. They make for a tasty, low-calorie treat!

Made this in my Ninja Creami and was seriously impressed. Super high fiber, only 100 calories per pint with water, and the chocolate flavor was a 10/10.

We made the banana flavor in the Ninja Creami with a little protein powder and peanut butter, and it was such a hit. So easy, so delicious, and even passed the kid test.

Love the consistency and flavors.
Hope you add more flavors...like strawberry or some type of berry would be cool or PEANUT BUTTER!!

These are AMAZING! Huge portion, rich taste and so so easy to make. I never review things but I need to make sure people know about this so it doesn't get discontinued!

Always good to know — FAQs

Do I really need a Ninja® CREAMi®?

This mix was made and tested for the Ninja® CREAMi®. That’s how you get the thick, creamy, scoopable pint texture.

Will it work with any Ninja® CREAMi®?

Yes — it’s made to use with a Ninja® CREAMi®. Just mix, freeze overnight, and spin according to your machine’s instructions.

Water or milk — what’s the difference?

Water keeps the pint around 100 calories and still gives you a thick, creamy result. Milk, dairy or plant-based, makes it even richer and creamier with extra calories. Both work — choose based on how you like it.

How long does it take?

It takes about 2 minutes to mix, then freeze overnight until fully solid. Once frozen, it spins into thick, creamy ice cream in just minutes.

Does it actually taste like ice cream?

Oh yeah, spin it and get — thick, smooth, and scoopable, not icy ice cream. The texture is the whole point.

How many pints do I get?

6 pouches per starter pack — 3 chocolate and 3 banana. Each pouch makes one full pint.

Why I Made Snacks of Substance

Why I Made Snacks of Substance

I wanted my childhood snacks back — the cookie dough, brownie bites, and sweet little treats I grew up loving.

But adult me wanted them made differently: less sugar, better ingredients, and none of those tiny "healthy snack" portions that leave you looking for something else ten minutes later.

Also for the record, I'm not a "halfsies" kind of person. If a snack says two servings but comes in one bag, let's be honest — it's probably getting eaten in one sitting. So if a snack is going to satisfy me, it has to feel like a real-person portion, not a tease.

For years, I kept looking for that snack and kept running into the same trade-offs: healthy but measly, healthy but boring, or 100 calories so tiny they left me hungry.

Eventually it hit me: the snack I wanted wasn't coming. I'd have to make it myself.

So I created S.O.S. with a few stubborn rules: it had to taste like the snacks that I loved, it had to actually satisfy me, it had to be made with better-for-you ingredients, and it had to feel like a treat — not a compromise.

Real portions. Yummy, doughy, chocolatey, decadent flavor. All at 100 calories.
I hope they become a bright spot in your day.
