At Snacks of Substance, we care deeply about what we make and how it reaches you. Every cookie is crafted with attention and shipped with care — but we understand that sometimes things happen, such as a box being damaged in transit or a product arriving differently than expected.

If that ever happens, we’ll make it right. Each claim is reviewed individually to keep things fair and transparent.

Please contact support@snacksofsubstance.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist.

Because taste, texture, and individual ingredient tolerance are highly personal, we do not issue refunds or replacements based on flavor preference or digestive response.
